Perfect service at Anantara hotel Tozeur- Good customer service as soon as you step inside the hotel. As i was a solo traveller, staff made sure i was fine with everything and insured me with the best experience. Thank you to Ahmed for providing good customer service from airport pick up to my check out, as well as giving me a tour around the hotel Thank you! The room was amazing, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner amazing! New food everyday and tastes amazing. You also have a chef at the buffet who makes different meals throughout the day. I really recommend this place if you are looking to relax. The hotel is very safe and you have security walking around at night to ensure safety of all guests. 15 mins away from Tozeur airport. The spa is amazing and relaxing.

I liked how clean organised and well maintained and well equipped the hotel was. The environment was really cosy and the personnel was very kind and welcoming especially at night.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, with amazing service from the staff. It was my birthday and the staff, in particular Nizar, made my trip fantastic. They decorated the room and even got me a birthday cake. Nizar ensured that all of our needs were met and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. On my birthday it was like the entire staff knew, as everyone I passed told me happy birthday! Even after we left and had some travel issues, Nizar was only a phone call away to make sure we got to our next hotel safely. however, it can get very very very very hot, bare that in mind when booking during summer months!

A beautiful resort with amazing rooms, delicious food and the perfect pool. The highlight for us was the amazing staff - Khadija & Marwa who were always welcoming and helpful at reception - Mr Nizar for arranging great excursions to Chebika and the Desert, Ahmet for always being at our service and particularly Shabib who drove our loud group of seven for 6 hours all the way back to Hammamet! Thank you, we will be back!
